So if a homeowner defaults on thier mortgage and the lien is primary and held by an investor. would the investor own the home? what happens to the mortgage?

If an owner of a property doesn’t pay his or her taxes for two years, you are eligible to apply for a tax deed and gain a title to the property! That’s not to double or triple, or even quadruple your money. That’s making almost 90-96 times of a profit on your investment!
