hello, i am not located in italy but rather in the philippines. I am into real estate development. philippines has beautiful beaches and properties best for residential subdivision along the beach and fronting the mountain view. if you are investing in dollars you can start quite a large track of land considering the value of peso against dollar. if you have ataleast 25,000 dollars, you can start 1million-peso worth of property already...
