II represent a multinational looking to acquire 4-5 stars hotels in the European capitals.Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam London, Madrid, Prague, etc..
Rooms: minimum 200
Budget/hotel from 20-250 million euro.
If possible without an operator.Or an operator who would be ready to leave after one or 2 years
Also Shopping Mall around the big cities as well in Europe and US.

from 10.000-300.000 square meters constructed.
