Dan Brunell, President of Dearborn West, LLC has over 25 years of experience in the service industry, including 14 years in the staffing and executive search disciplines.

Following 10 years in the hospitality business, Dan joined the personnel industry as a recruiter in the local office of a national franchise. He proceeded to rise through the industry from the sales and management ranks to the executive level at Olsten Corporation, a Fortune 500 company and an international leader in the staffing industry.

Dan has also served in the positions of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in mid-sized privately held companies. Having worked in both public and private organizations in sales, operations and administration, he is well experienced in start up, turnaround and growth strategies. As a staffing industry veteran, he has a proven track record of matching people with the appropriate opportunities to suit their unique talents.

A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Dan is an active supporter of The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village, the San Diego Zoo and Wildlife Park and the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. He is also the Membership Services Chairman and an Ambassador for the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a board member of the Professional Advisory Council of Southwest California.
